Due to thier ongoing success they are looking for someone that can help them to deliver a fantastic service by joining their Field Service team.
In this role you will be based from home, but will be required to cover a patch of Scotland and Northern England although their will be occasions when you are required to travel further afield or internationally for training. During your first few months you will be provided full product training to ensure you are a specialist within your sector, this will involve international travel to the head office and manufacturing facilities in Europe. You will attend customer sites to diagnose and repair a range of high tech equipment in a variety of laboratory settings. You will develop lasting relationships with customers, as the face of the business whenever they need support. The company are looking for someone with a field service background on complex, automated equipment.

*Home based - covering sites across Scotland and Northern England
*Providing technical support and assistance to customers
*Working on high tech, complex laboratory equipment
The person:
*Hands on experience working with complex, automated equipment
*HNC/HND or equivalent electronic qualification
*Experience working in a field based role
