1 hour radius of West Midlands including: Birmingham, Telford, Coventry, Wolverhampton, Shrewsbury

£40,000-£45,000 + Premium Overtime + Door to Door pay + No Weekends or Shift Work + Company Car and Credit Card + Day Based + Stayaway Bonuses

Are you an Electrically Bias Field Service Engineer looking to join an industry leading company who will invest in your specialist training?

The day to day of this role involves the maintenance, servicing, and installation of the company's own machinery. This role involves frequent stayaway at a premium rate, but requires no weekends, callouts, or shifts.

The ideal candidate for this role will be electrically bias and have a good understanding of 3 phase motors as well as PLC systems. Mechanical knowledge such as hydraulics and pneumatics is preferred. Previous experience working on sensors and conveyor systems is advantageous.

The role:

  • Installations and servicing of cutting machinery
  • 70/30 Electrical to Mechanical split
  • Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
  • Covering the UK & Ireland with frequent stays away
  • Lots of training provided

The person:

  • Electrically bias
  • Mechanical knowledge (hydraulics and pneumatics)
  • Good PLC knowledge
  • Experience with sensors/conveyor systems is advantageous
  • Must be willing to stayaway frequently
