The Role:
* Leading and supporting a team of field engineers across London
* Ensuring service standards, customer satisfaction, and team performance
* Ongoing training and leadership development within a premium brand
The Person:
* Previous experience in a service management or team leadership role
* Technical background in mechanical, electrical or electro-mechanical work
* Full UK Driving Licence
