Foreman (Landscaping Crew Lead)
Southington, Connecticut

Excellent opportunity for a Foreman / Crew Lead Landscaper looking for their next step in their career to move into becoming a Crew Foreman where you will join a rapidly expanding, market leading Landscaping company where you will receive lots of training, work on interesting projects and have an opportunity to progress to into Leadership roles.

Established for nearly 40 years this commercial and residential landscaping company is rapidly expanding, having tripled in size in the last 6 years. They boast to have an excellent culture which promotes from within, with excellent retention rates due to having a fun, social and dynamic working environment where the staff are well looked after. Due to their recent growth and projected growth for this year they are looking to recruit a hardworking, hands-on individual with landscape maintenance experience.
Once onboarded you will receive extensive training and once up to speed you will be required to lead a crew of 2-3 staff where you will be required to look after a number of accounts around the Connecticut area. You will work hands on as well as leading the crew, organizing and allocating work to the crew. The company will also provide full training to develop and progress you into either a Field Supervisor or Operations Management.
This role would therefore ideally suit someone from a Landscape Maintenance background who is looking for an exciting opportunity to become a Crew Foreman, who is looking for training and to progress their career with an exciting company, working on a range of interesting projects with loyal and repeat clients.
The Role:
- Foreman / Crew Lead
- Leading a crew of 2-3
- Hands on landscaping on commercial and residential projects
- 40-45 hours per week
