Founding Full-Stack Engineer - (AI Automation Platform)
$120,000 - $200,000 + 0.5-2% Equity + Benefits + Flexible PTO

Are you a full-stack engineer who wants to build and own the entire product stack powering an AI platform used by Fortune 500 companies, transforming manual compliance workflows into automated intelligence, whilst benefiting from full autonomy and founding-level equity?
This is a rare opportunity to join a YC-backed, fast-growing AI startup tackling a multi-billion dollar market historically dominated by manual processes and consulting firms. The team is building an AI agent platform that replaces expensive, time-intensive compliance workflows with autonomous systems that handle data collection, testing, and documentation. Every output is auditable, verifiable, and delivered at scales and speeds impossible with traditional manual processes.
You will own the end-to-end development of the platform, building everything from database models and API endpoints to polished UI components for enterprise teams. This includes building APIs that integrate tightly with AI agents, designing review interfaces for AI-generated outputs, architecting scalable full-stack services, crafting intuitive interfaces that require no training, and continuously improving the platform by applying lessons learned from each project.
You'll report directly to the founding team and operate as a key owner across the entire stack-frontend architecture, backend services, AI agent orchestration, and production infrastructure. Expect deep technical responsibility, product influence, and the chance to build fundamental systems that will define how enterprise compliance workflows are executed.

The Role
- Build new product features and experiences end-to-end, everything from database models to API endpoints, and integrating them with UI components for enterprise users
- Design and build new AI-powered automation modules from scratch that become core capabilities of the platform
- Build and own product foundations across the stack: AI agent orchestration, interactive data visualization, app and API performance, intelligent automations
- Apply learnings from each project into the product
The Person
- 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in React/TypeScript and Python
- Experience with PostgreSQL and SQL database design
- Experience with AWS and modern cloud infrastructure
- Experience with modern frontend architecture, state management, and API design
- Track record of shipping user-facing products end-to-end
- Comfortable working in a high-autonomy, feedback-driven early-stage startup environment
