$42,000 - $44,000 (OTE Year 1 80-100k) + Progression + Full Training Scheme

This is a unique opportunity to join our brand new Miami office! We have seen incredible success within our US recruitment teams operating from the UK, a huge 280% growth year on year. This office will have an exciting start up feel, with the backing of our global operations.
This role is suited to sales driven, highly motivated individuals looking to progress quickly and benefit from a lucrative uncapped commission structure. We foster a culture of high-performing individuals with an appetite for success and big goals for the future.

The Role
- Identifying leads and potential partnerships
- Sales, cold calling, client engagement and developing your client base
- Developing and maintaining partnerships with potential and existing clients
- Hitting targets and metrics
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
- Conducting interviews and assessments to identify top talent
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, offer negotiations, and onboarding
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
