Graduate Site Engineer
Near Exmouth
£33,000 + Car + Bonus + Progression + Training

In this role you will receive mentorship from seasoned engineers and supervisors, develop technical and site management skills, and gain exposure to a variety of projects, providing a strong foundation for career progression and professional development.
Initially, the role focuses on administrative and planning tasks, including material pricing, supplier liaison, monitoring project programs, managing site access and licenses, and reviewing technical drawings. Gradually, you will transition to site-based engineering work, conducting visits and preliminary checks alongside experienced site managers, supporting setting out, interpreting drawings, ensuring quality standards, supervising, maintaining HSE compliance, and preparing progress reports.
To be considered for this role, you must hold a degree in a relevant field and have a valid UK driver's license. Applicants should be willing to commute to the office near Exmouth and stay on site when required.
