Group Director of Manufacturing Engineering
Chattanooga, Tennessee - Full relocation package provided
$200,000 - $220,000 + Progression + Bonus + 4 weeks PTO + Holidays + 401(k) + Healthcare

This market leading company builds highly specialized equipment for material handling systems serving fortune 500 clients. Due to continual growth and market dominance, they are now seeking a Group Director of Manufacturing Engineering to play a pivotal role in the companies continued success.
In this role you will be responsible for 10 manufacturing sites, overseeing the general managers with a team of individuals directly reporting to you. On offer is the chance to further develop and grow the team around you, working across a variety of projects and day to day business operations.
This opportunity would suit a Plant Manager with aspirations to progress into Directorship to play a key role in developing the sites, in a leading heavy equipment and material handling manufacturing organization.
The Role:
* Responsible for 10 sites, coordinating with senior managers and suppliers to support general managers
* Develop and enhance product and operations to improve efficiency

The Candidate:
* Proven experience managing a plant
* Bachelor's in Engineering
* Aspirations to progress to Director level
