This is a hands-on role bridging engineering and production. You'll assist with machinery/layout design, refine BOMs, improve workflows, optimize processes, and ensure manufacturability. You'll also provide real-time feedback on floor issues while driving continuous improvement in materials, design, and assembly methods.
The role suits a Manufacturing Engineer with machinery/layout design exposure (SolidWorks ideally) and strong experience in BOMs, process optimization, and improvements within a heavy industrial setting.
The Role:
* Support machinery/factory layout design (SolidWorks)
* Optimize processes, workflows, and materials
* Refine BOMs and production documentation
* Provide engineering support and drive continuous improvement

The Person:
* Manufacturing/industrial engineering background
* Experience in heavy industrial environments (steel, hydraulics, etc.)
* Knowledge of BOMs, ERP/MRP, and process optimization
* Exposure to SolidWorks/CAD (advantageous)
