Head of Commercial Landscaping (Construction)

$95,000 - $105,000 + Bonus Package up to 10% + Training + Company Vehicle + Progression to VP + Health Insurance + PTO + 401k Pension
Excellent role on offer for an ambitious Leader from a Commercial Construction background who is looking to join an expanding, market leading company where you will be instrumental in the growth of the Commercial Division whilst having an opportunity to progress to become a Vice President within 2-3 years.
Do you have experience of managing projects valued anywhere from $100k to $3 million Dollars? Are you looking for a Head of Department role where you will lead a team of 20 staff ranging from Estimators, Sales and Crews on site?
Established for nearly 40 years this specialist commercial landscaping company is rapidly expanding due to winning a number of lucrative projects. They boast to have an excellent culture which promotes from within, with excellent retention rates due to having a fun, social and dynamic working environment where the staff are well looked after. Due to their recent growth and projected growth for this year they are looking to recruit a Head of Commercial Landscaping who will be instrumental in the growth and success of this Department.
This is the company's largest, most established Division therefore you will be joining a division which is already well run, organized and successful. You will be responsible for overseeing commercial landscaping projects, as well as managing a team of 20 staff including estimators, sales staff and crews on site. You will have full P&L responsibility as well as being responsible for safety on site.
This role would therefore ideally suit a Construction Leader who is looking to join a company where you can continue your progression to become a future VP of the Commercial Landscaping Department. - Must be from a Commercial Construction background
