Ideally Located: Mullingar, Dublin, Tullamore, Maynooth, Navan, Athlone, Drogheda, ETC

Are you a HR Business Partner / HR Manager with experience in employment law looking to join a multinational company who pride themselves on their employee development and take the lead on a multitude of exciting new strategies and be a core part of a growing company?

The company are a unique engineering company who have taken the market by storm and experienced continuous growth over recent years to become industry leaders, they are now looking for an HR Manager to support their success.

You will be responsible for implementing a variety of different strategies across the department including managing the recruitment process, handling payroll, and overseeing the entire HR operation

This role would suit a HR Business Partner / HR Manager with experience in the manufacturing industry looking to take the lead at an exciting and ambitious company who strongly believe in progressing their employees.

  • Leading the HR function for the business

The person:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and reliability
  • Knowledge of Employment Law
