Up to $75,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Healthcare + PTO
This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR Generalist, looking to join an industry leading construction firm with operations throughout the Kansas City area. You will be the integral HR contact, all whilst earning a fantastic salary with a great supporting package.

This Missouri-based organization has been a leader in their sectory for over two decades. They are now looking to recruit a HR Generalist to as the company navigates its next stages of development.
This role will be the sole HR representative, collaborating closely with company leadership to ensure a smooth administrative function that supports the field operation as the company grows.
The Role:
- Implement and manage policies and procedures
- Full cycle recruiting, reporting and audits
- Up to $75,000 Base Salary, Bonus, Healthcare, PTO + more
The Person:
- Human Resources experience
- Experience within the construction sector is ideal
- Able to work independently
