Naples, FL (Commutable from Fort Myers/Cape Coral)

Are you a skilled HR generalist that is looking to take the next step in your career where you will be given the opportunity to undergo specialist training and learning to oversee a large group of people and lead your own team.

The Role

  • Practice strong engagement with all employees, demonstrating honesty and integrity, helping employees solve problems
  • Sustain positive employee relations and positive culture for building
  • Assist the implementation of effective training and development programs

The Person

  • Human Resource Professional Experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Bilingual English and Spanish
  • Understanding of federal and state laws and HR policies in Construction environment
