They've built a reputation for integrity, safety, and qualit. They are now looking for a HR professional who shares their commitment to excellence and wants to grow alongside them.
In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day HR operations, lead a small team, and help shape long-term strategies for employee engagement, training, and retention. It's an opportunity to take full ownership of the HR function while developing the leadership skills to move toward a Director-level role in the future.
This role would suit an experienced HR professional or Senior Generalist who's ready to move into management, take on more responsibility, and grow their career in a supportive, people-first construction environment.
The Role:
* Lead and develop HR team members, promoting professionalism and integrity
* Oversee HR operations and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
* Create and implement training, development, and retention programs
* Drive initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture
The Person:
* Proven HR experience in generalist or senior HR roles
* Proficient in Microsoft 365
* Knowledge of federal and state labor laws, ideally within construction or field-based industries
* Ambitious, proactive, and motivated to grow into leadership
