Home/Field Based role covering Eastern Scotland (Dundee, Perth, Kirkcaldy)
£34,600 plus vehicle plus benefits plus 25 days leave
An you an engineer with experience of fibre-optic installation looking for a permanent role with a large national utilities infrastructure group renowned for training and progression?
The role will be covering a regional patch so you wont need to travel all over the country.
This will be a varied role focusing on the installation and commissioning of new street cabinets. On top of installation work you will also repair network faults and represent the company to the client.

The Role
- Full time, permanent role with a large utilities business, covering a regional patch.
- Be the main onsite presence for the company ensuring project delivery.
- Role includes installation, commissioning, risk assessments, testing, maintenance and customer liaison.
- Specific tasks include rodding, cabling, splicing, testing, commissioning, surveying and maintenance).
The Person
- Academic/working background in the UK telecoms industry
- Experience of fibre installation, splicing and optical network construction
- NRSWA and PIAaccreditations
- UK driving licence and willing to cover a regional patch
