Internal Sales Advisor
£25,000 - £30,000 + Progression + Holiday + Training

Are you someone who has good experience within an internal sales or customer service position and wants to join an international business?

Established over 80 years ago, our client serves the global automotive industry from its facilities in the UK, USA, Europe and China, where they have now built up an impressive reputation. They are now looking for someone who wants to utilise their years of experience in a business that offers you the framework for progression to directorship.
As a sales advisor, you can expect to maintain relationships, and assist with sales with both existing and new customers whilst providing technical knowledge of the product ranges. Providing quotations, resolving queries and monitor progress of orders from start to finish is important in this position. In this position you will not be required to make cold calls, you will only be taking inbound calls from customers and staff.
The ideal candidate will have good customer service experience preferably within a remanufacturing or engineering business. Having a strong focus on customer satisfaction and providing technical knowledge is imperative to be successful in this role.

* Handling quotations and queries from start to finish
The person:
* Experienced in customer service and or an internal sales advisor position
* Confident on the phone and has the ability to foster relationships both internal and external
