IT Infrastructure Manager
Jacksonville, Florida (On-site)
$130,000 - $150,000 + Healthcare + 401(k) + PTO + Employee Stock Options
Are you an experienced IT Infrastructure leader looking for an opportunity to take ownership of a complex enterprise environment while driving modernization, automation, and improved security operations?

The company is investing in strengthening its infrastructure, security posture, and operational efficiency, and is looking for a leader who can drive both stability and long-term improvement.
You will lead a team responsible for core infrastructure across on-premise, virtualized, and cloud environments while overseeing cybersecurity operations and incident response. Working closely with other IT leaders, you will play a key role in improving reliability, reducing technical debt, and introducing automation across infrastructure and security operations.
This role would suit an infrastructure manager who enjoys leading teams, solving complex operational challenges, and implementing modern infrastructure and security practices in a large-scale environment.
The Role:
*Lead and manage a team responsible for infrastructure and cybersecurity operations
*Oversee servers, networks, virtualization, and cloud platforms to ensure reliability and performance
*Manage security monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management processes
*Drive automation and infrastructure improvements to reduce technical debt and improve efficiency
*Collaborate with IT leadership to align infrastructure strategy with business priorities
The Person:
*Strong background in IT infrastructure and security operations
*Experience managing technical teams in complex enterprise environments
*Hands-on knowledge of servers, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms
*Experience with security tools such as SIEM, XDR, endpoint protection, or similar technologies
*Strong understanding of incident response, vulnerability management, and infrastructure best practices
