IT Network & Systems Administrator
Austin, Minnesota (Onsite, with the opporutnity to move to a hybrid schedule later)
$100,000 - $115,000 + Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance + 401(k) + PTO

In this role you will be responsible for managing network infrastructure and servers, providing technical support to internal users, maintaining virtualization environments, ensuring backup and disaster recovery systems are operational, as well as documenting systems and writing Standard Operating Procedures.

The Role:
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless systems
- Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365/Azure services
- Monitor and maintain virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and storage systems
- Implement and manage backup solutions and disaster recovery procedures
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues
- Maintain cybersecurity protocols and assist with compliance requirements
- Document systems, processes, and write Standard Operating Procedures
The Person:
- 3+ years of experience in IT systems and network administration
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing) and VoIP
- Strong understanding of control networks, infrastructure and reliability
- Experience with virtualization technologies: VMware and Hyper-V
- Knowledge of network security best practices
- US Citizen or green card holder
