An opportunity has opened up for a IT Technician to join an exciting company who are currently transitioning from a start-up to a scale-up due to their continued success. They are offering a great package in the heart of Bristol.
The company are in the health tech industry, a massive market that is massively growing. They've created highly innovative products and systems which have taken pharmacies to a whole new level, ultimately helping pharmacies to deliver advanced and improved services.
In this role you will work within the service desk team to support all computers and technology systems, and to provide IT support to employees/clients (users), ensuring queries are dealt with. You will manage customer PC installations, customer hardware issues etc. You will be providing technical support to generic windows/hardware related issues that the 1st line are unable to solve.
The ideal candidate will be someone with experience in IT support. You will also be experienced with Windows 10/11 desktop support. You will ideally have experience supporting A4/Label Printers, Barcode scanners & other peripherals. Good at problem solving skills essential.
