Are you a Job Captain looking to work with an award winning Architectural firm offering further training and long term progression opportunities?
Do you want to work for a leading, LA based luxury residential firm offering you the chance to take the next step in your career working on multi-million dollar, niche projects?
The company has a signature style and creates distinctive residences and renovations with a respect for traditional forms and historic imagery adapted to modern living. Due to a range of exciting new projects, they now require a job captain to help them achieve their business goals.
In this role you will work in a highly-skilled architectural team, focusing on the production process, taking construction documentation and design drawings and coordinating with the team and external engineers throughout the pre-construction phase. You will play a pivotal role in the delivery of luxury, single-family homes.
The ideal candidate will have an architectural background and previous experience in a similar role, with the ability to understand and interpret construction drawings and documentation.

The Role:
* The drafting, development, coordination, and organization of project drawing sets and construction
* Type and assemble Project Specification documents
* Production of CAD drawings & 3D renderings whilst Interpreting design intent into working drawings
* Performs all aspects and application of the building codes and other regulatory agencies
The Person:
* Architectural background
* AutoCAD experience
* Able to read construction drawings/floor plans/design drawings
