Texas (willingness to travel out of state)
$120,000 - $140,000 + Bonus + Housing/Food/Daily Allowance + Insurances

Established for over 50 years, this niche General Contractor specializes in the design and build of structures used within the transportation, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution sectors across Texas and throughout the US. They have built a reputation for delivering a service unparalleled within the market and remain the go to company, utilizing the most innovative, dependable and sustainable approaches to meet their client's goals. As a result of winning a number of lucrative contracts they already have an order book that will see them through to 2025, therefore offering job stability. Due to this growth they are looking to recruit a Senior Superintendent to join their close knit and loyal team.


In this role you will be responsible for scheduling, controlling, organizing and ensuring project completion. You will be liaising with critical stakeholders from the owners and architects to the contractors on site, whilst also overseeing on-site safety, working on an exciting range of industrial projects.


This role would ideally suit a Superintendent who is not afraid to get involved with hands-on responsibilities, is looking for longevity within their career, and wants to work for a company that are well known to look after their loyal staff.
The Role:

  • Senior Superintendent
  • Coordinate all onsite activities with a hands-on, direct approach.
  • Responsible for fundamental operations including scheduling, controlling, organizing and ensuring project completion.
  • Liaising with critical stakeholders including the owners, architects and the contractors.
  • Implement and oversee on-site safety.
  • Based in Texas (Travelling will be required locally and out of state)
  • $120,000 - $140,000 + Bonus + Housing/Food/Daily Allowance + Insurances


The Person:

  • Superintendent
  • Light Industrial/Manufacturing project experience
  • Previous experience managing all phases from implementation to completion
  • Willingness to travel as and when required
  • Looking for a long term stable role
