Established for over 50 years this reputable property developer pride themselves on delivering a high quality service to all clients and have therefore developed long term business relationships. These relationships have helped increase their workload, catalysing them into a period of expansion and have impressive growth plans in place. Due to this growth they are now looking to recruit an ambitious Junior Estimator to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring Estimator to join an expanding company with increasing workload, opportunities for new challenges and career progression alongside a great salary and package.
In this role you will be responsible for estimating small and large residential projects, including refurbishments, conversions, extensions and new build properties. You will be in charge of receiving tender documents, starting the tender process, risk management, take offs, and cash flow forecasts.
The ideal candidate will have basic construction knowledge previously working in the industry looking to take a new role in the commercial department working as a Estimator.
The Role:
- Dealing with tenders packages, take off and cash flow forecasts
- Enquiring and scheduling materials
- Working on a variety of residential projects
The Person:
- Experience with take offs and pricing from suppliers is advantageous
- Experience in Estimating/ On site Construction
- Full UK Driving License
