Junior Field Service Engineer
£30,000 - £35,000 (£34,400 After 6 Months) + Monday to Friday (8am-5pm, 38.75 Hours) + Early Finish Friday (8am-12:45pm) + Training + Progression + Company Van (EV) + Enhanced Overtime + No Call Out
North West Patch (M6 Corridor, Commutable from Preston, Blackburn, Bolton, Wigan, Chorley, Leyland, Bury, Burnley, Blackpool, Lancaster, Skelmersdale, Southport)
Excellent opportunity for someone practical and technically minded looking to move into a Field Service role, offering full training and the chance to develop specialist engineering skills.
This role would suit someone with basic electrical knowledge who is confident using hand tools, such as someone who has worked with white goods, electrical maintenance, mechanical servicing, equipment installation or similar hands on roles.
The company are well established within their sector and support customers across the North West region with the servicing and maintenance of specialist equipment. They are known for providing strong training and development, helping engineers build their skills and progress within the business.
In this role you will travel to customer sites carrying out planned servicing, maintenance and inspections of equipment, ensuring systems are operating correctly. You will also liaise with customers on site and manage stock within your service vehicle.
This is a Monday to Friday role with no call out rota, offering excellent work life balance and an early finish on Fridays.
The Role
Field based role covering the North West (M6 Corridor)
Servicing and maintaining specialist equipment
Travelling to customer sites and supporting customers
Managing stock and equipment within company vehicle
Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday finish at 12:45pm
The Person
Practical and hands-on with experience using hand tools
Experienced Water Instrumentation Engineers encouraged to apply.
Background could include white goods, maintenance, installation, mechanical or electrical roles.
