Excellent opportunity for a junior IT professional or recent graduate to join a growing electronics manufacturer, offering a hands-on role with full training and clear progression into an IT Systems Analyst position.

On offer is a varied role where you'll support day-to-day IT operations while learning from an experienced team, gaining exposure across infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This global manufacturer designs and builds high-reliability electronic controls and systems used in rugged environments including oil & gas, mining, power generation, and industrial automation. All design and manufacturing is handled in-house, and the company is widely regarded as a leader in its field. As part of continued growth, they are now expanding their IT team and looking to bring in a motivated junior individual to develop within the business.

In this role, you will support users with day-to-day IT issues, assist with system maintenance, and gain hands-on experience across Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware. You'll be involved in onboarding/offboarding, troubleshooting, and supporting IT projects, while receiving training and mentorship to build your technical skillset. Over time, you will progress into a more independent IT Systems Analyst role with ownership of systems and projects.

This role would suit a junior IT professional, graduate, or someone with early-stage IT support experience looking to build a long-term career in IT within a stable and growing company.

The Role:

Entry-level IT support across users and systems
Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Supporting Microsoft 365, networks, and internal systems
Assisting with IT projects and system improvements
Full training with progression into IT Systems Analyst

The Person:

Junior IT professional or recent graduate
Basic understanding of IT systems, networking, or Microsoft environments
Some hands-on IT support experience is beneficial
Strong attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive mindset
