Junior IT Field Service Technician
Bromsgrove (Hybrid - 3 days per week)
£25,000 - £27,000 + Personal Development Budget + Travel Allowance

This company is a leading IT partner specialising in delivering solutions, installations, and support to a wide range of clients across England.
In this role, you will provide field-based and occasional office desk-side support, installing, maintaining, and repairing systems and devices, providing technical support, and offering IT advice. The role involves travel, including occasional overnight stays, with hybrid working available when not in the field.
The ideal candidate will have at a minimum of around a of experience in IT Support as an IT Technician in a commercial or apprenticeship capacity. Ideally the right person will have exposure to core Windows environments, user and access management, and general day to day troubleshooting. Any familiarity with basic networking, cabling, on site hardware setups, or telephony systems would be a bonus. More importantly the right person will be keen to learn and progress. Due to the field-based nature of the role an Full UK Driving License is required for this role.

The Role:
*Provide field based and occasional desk side IT support, covering installation, maintenance, and repairs across a range of systems and devices
*Support a mix of clients in different sectors, offering clear technical guidance and hands on troubleshooting
*Training and development
*Travel to client sites as needed, including the odd overnight stay, with some hybrid working available
The Person:
*Early experience in Windows environments, with a good grounding in user support, access management, and day to day troubleshooting
*Any exposure to basic networking, cabling, on site hardware setups, CCTV, or telephony systems would be a bonus
*Holds a full UK driving licence and comfortable travelling to client sites
*Based within commuting distance of Bromsgrove office and keen on a varied, hands on technical role
