£24,000 - £27,000 + Full Technical Training + Progression + Days Based + Premium Overtime + Half-Day Friday + Company Benefits
Workshop Based, Commutable from Swindon, Chippenham, Cirencester, Reading, Oxford, Newbury and Surrounding Areas

Due to their exciting growth and expansion plans they are looking for the next wave of highly motivated individuals to join the maintenance team to facilitate the company's progression.
On offer is the chance for an ambitious maintenance engineer to join an exciting, growing business and truly develop into a skilled and highly valuable Maintenance Engineer. You will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of a range of new machinery in the workshop.
This role would suit someone from an Electrical or Mechanical background who is looking to take the next step in their career and build a future for themselves in a role where they will be invested in to become a technical go-to.
The Role:
- Assisting the maintenance team with planned, preventative and reactive maintenance.
- Electrical and Mechanical diagnostics and repairs on a variety of different factory machinery.
- Factory-based with short-day on Friday
The Candidate:
- Basic Electrical or Mechanical Engineering knowledge
- Engineering graduate or previous electrical/mechanical experience
- Motivated and wants training to become a go-to Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer
