This company are very quickly rapidly progression, as they are fairly newly established however they have already won work to take them through to the end of 2024. Due to continued growth and a number of upcoming projects, they are now looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor who has a hunger to learn and grow to join their team.
In this role you will be based out of one of their offices in North London, with the opportunity to hybrid work doing occasional site visits; playing a crucial part in exciting projects which will range in size. Working closely with the team, raising invoices, pricing up works, managing payment notices, estimating, project management, and establishing and maintaining contractual relationships.
The ideal candidate will be a junior quantity surveyor with 2-3 experience within the construction industry specifically from a groundworks/ concrete/ external works background. This is the kind of opportunity where the sky is the limit, with opportunity to progress to commercial director/lead one day.

The person:
-Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor
-Experience on Construction Projects specifically within the groundworks/concrete/external works industry.
-Full driving license
