Junior Structural Engineer
Sparks, Maryland (1 Day WFH Available)
$80,000 - $110,000 + Paid Overtime + PE Support + Tuition Reimbursement + Bonuses + Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)

In this role, you'll work closely with experienced Project Managers and senior engineers, gaining hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle. You'll be involved in structural design, engineering calculations, and producing detailed drawings using industry-standard software. You'll also attend site visits, giving you the opportunity to see your work delivered on-site and build real-world understanding early in your career.

The Role:
*Work on a variety of structural building design projects across multiple sectors
*Support design, calculations, and drafting using industry-standard software
*Collaborate with senior engineers and Project Managers across full project lifecycle
*Attend site visits and gain practical, real-world project exposure
The Person:
*Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
*Experience with Revit (or similar design software)
*EIT certified or actively working towards it
*Ambitious, motivated, and looking for long-term progression
