Are you an experience lab technician with managerial experience and want to work for an exciting scale-up company with excellent hands on training and structured progressions to executive level?

The company is in partnership with the well-established Porsche at the forefront of the E-Automotive sector. They are looking for a motivated individual to develop the industries leading battery products in the e-mobility sector.
As the technical lab lead you will be responsible for growing a team of technicians, working with the latest cutting edge technology. You will lead an introduction of lithium-ion batteries by planning and setting up the products.
The Person:
- Degree educated in a mechanical engineering field with a focus on batteries
- German native and English speaking
- Lab experience with some experience of leading a team in the battery/ chemical engineering sector
The Role:
- Growing and leading a team of technicians in lab environment
- Planning and setting up a pilot production facility for lithium-ion batteries
- Establishing product knowledge in the sector and giving technical talks##
