This is an excellent opportunity for a Land or Measured Building Surveyor to join a leading company, with training and progression opportunities on offer for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will be reliable and happy travelling to sites across the country, staying away where required. The idea candidate will have experience with both topographical and measured building surveys and be able to prepare drawings using AutoCAD.

The Role:
*Reporting to the Survey Manager and Senior Surveyor.
*Carry out Topographical and Measured Building Surveys - collect data and presenting using AutoCAD generated drawings.
*Meet operational targets and ensure customer requirements are aligned to technical standards.
*Travel to sites across the UK; occasional stayaways (payment incurred).
*Support training towards RICS qualification.
*Company car/van, travel expenses paid for.
The Person:
*Comfortable travelling to sites across the UK;
*Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
*Experience carrying out Measured Building Surveys & Topographical Surveys.
*Passion for surveying and working collaboratively.
*Located a commutable distance from offices near Warwick, happy to travel across the UK with work.
