North/East London

£36,000-£50,000 + Overtime + Training + Van + Pension + Holiday + Benefits

Are you an experienced Electrician looking to take on a lead position, where you will play a key role in affecting the trajectory of the company, whilst also receiving great training to gain you further industry qualifications?


On offer is the opportunity to join a dynamic family run business, giving you the chance to take on a lead role to carry out all maintenance activities within domestic properties.

This company specialises in providing electrical, plumbing and heating services within the social housing sector. Through the successful tendering of new contracts, they now require a Lead Electrician to assist other electricians on projects by resolving complex electrical faults.

in this role, you will help the company gain a greater foothold within the social housing sector, by helping to boost their expansion, whilst also providing a great service by dealing with tenants, landlords and PDA's.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a purpose driven company, whilst also progressing your career by receiving training to help you gain further electrical qualifications.

The Role:
- General electrical Maintenance duties within domestic and empty properties within the North and East of London.
- Maintaining and servicing lights, sockets, switches, smoke alarms and fans.
- Installing and fault finding on fuse boxes as well as occasional rewiring.

The Applicant:
- 18th Edition experienced Electrician.
- C&G 2391/2330/294/2395
- Valid UK drivers license.
