Lead Lubrication Engineer
$120,000 - $155,000 + Training + 401 (k) + High Autonomy + PTO + Full Benefits + Travel Reimbursement
Gilbert, AZ (Up to 50% Travel) (Commutable from: Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Scottsdale, Tempe, Queen Creek)

This role would suit a Lubrication Engineer looking to step into a lead position, gain industry-recognized certifications, and take ownership of pioneering reliability and lubrication programs.
The Role:
- Lead oil analysis reviews, contamination investigations, and lubricant failure diagnostics
- Deliver technical training to internal teams and customers
- Partner with Sales on technical conversions, new product introductions, and strategic growth projects
The Candidate:
- 3+ years' experience in industrial lubrication, oil analysis, or reliability engineering
- Strong technical understanding of lubricant applications and equipment performance
- Confident communicator capable of presenting technical recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders
