$120,000 - $155,000 + Training + 401 (k) + High Autonomy + PTO + Full Benefits + Travel Reimbursement
Gilbert, AZ (Up to 50% Travel) (Commutable from: Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Scottsdale, Tempe, Queen Creek)

This role would suit a Lubrication Engineer looking to step into a lead position, gain industry-recognized certifications, and take ownership of pioneering reliability and lubrication programs.

The Role:

  • Lead oil analysis reviews, contamination investigations, and lubricant failure diagnostics
  • Deliver technical training to internal teams and customers
  • Partner with Sales on technical conversions, new product introductions, and strategic growth projects



The Candidate:

  • 3+ years' experience in industrial lubrication, oil analysis, or reliability engineering
  • Strong technical understanding of lubricant applications and equipment performance
  • Confident communicator capable of presenting technical recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders
