They have been established for over 50 years and, due to their steady success, are looking for a Lead Maintenance Engineer to join their successful & passionate team.

In this role you will have a great work life balance through working a 4 day week, Monday to Thursday, and you will be responsible for the Electrical & Mechanical maintenance of heavy production machinery, alongside contributing to the training, mentoring and development of other members of the team. This is a varied & interesting role due to the nature of the machinery you will be working on and with progression in to the senior level roles within the business this is an opportunity not to be missed!

The Role:

* Multi- skilled Maintenance - Electrical bias works
* Working on heavy duty production machinery ( CNC, Lathes, Welding machines etc.)
* Following strict health & safety procedures
* Writing maintenance plans and reports

The Person:

*Qualified, time served Electrician with experience in the electrical & mechanical maintenance of heavy machinery

*Looking for development & progression opportunities in a 4 day week days based role

*Lives within commutable distance of Exeter.
