$38ph - $40ph + $10k Bonus

In this role, you'll lead a small team while carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of industrial equipment. You'll play a key role in keeping operations running efficiently, troubleshooting faults, and supporting continuous improvement across the site.
You'll be working on conveyors, motors, and PLC-controlled equipment, with opportunities to further develop both your technical and leadership skills.
The Role:
- Lead and support a small maintenance team
- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- 3rd shift: Sunday - Thursday
The Person:
- Maintenance experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Mechanical or electrical background (ideally both)
- Experience with PLCs or automated systems is beneficial
- Looking for overtime, progression, and a long-term role
