This role would suit a Mechanical Engineer with leadership experience seeking to lead and innovate in a supportive and rewarding environment with a clear progression route to Director of Engineering.
The Role:
- Manage a team of 2-4 engineers across a number of technically challenging projects.
- Review 3D designs and blueprints ensuring they meet customer specifications.
- Track KPI's, improve efficiencies and schedule equipment maintenance.
The Candidate:
- Metal Stamping experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with SAP.
- Leadership experience.
