M&E Project Manager / Surveyor (Residential)
£53,109.00 - £62,457.00 + 20% Pension + Sick Pay + Paid Holiday etc.
Monday - Friday (Days / 37 hours per week)
Victoria, London (hybrid working available)

Due to an ever increasing workload my client who is a leading Public Sector Company is now looking M&E Project Manager from a Residential background to manage a mixture of Residential projects throughout Westminster.
In this role you will be supporting the Client Programme Manager where you will be carrying out works from Strategic Definition through to Concept Design (RIBA Stages 0 - 2) and be actively involved in Scoping Projects of Work, Writing Scopes of Work, Writing Policies, Creating Client Briefs and more.

The Role:
- Hybrid working available (2-3 days per week wfh / Office is in Victoria)
- Writing Scopes of Work (RIBA Stages 0 - 2) for Residential Projects

- Experience in Residential sector / industry
