The company is seeking a detail-oriented machinist to support operations through precision manufacturing, quality assurance, and equipment maintenance within a safety-focused, team-driven environment.
In this role, you'll set up and operate a variety of machine tools, interpret blueprints and geometric tolerances, and use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, dial indicators, and depth gauges to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a machinist with manual machining experience such as milling or lathe work who is looking to expand their skills into Horizontal Boring Mills while enjoying a steady Monday-Friday position, working second shift hours with overtime opportunities and full company benefits.
The Role
- Second Shift: Monday - Friday, 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM (with overtime as needed)
- Training to start on 1st shift then move to 2nd shift.
- Operate and set up Horizontal Boring Mills and other manual machinery
The Candidate
- Experience operating manual mills or lathes (HBM training provided)
- High school diploma
- Wants training and plenty of overtime.
