£43,000 - £48,000+ Bonus + Enhanced Pension + Training & Development

Crawley (Commutable from Epsom, Sutton, Horsham, Cranleigh, Sevenoaks and surrounding areas)

Known for its strong team culture, commitment to employee wellbeing, and continued investment in its people, the business is now looking to recruit a Maintenance Engineer to support both planned and reactive maintenance across the site as part of its ongoing growth.

In this Monday-Friday, days-based position, you'll be responsible for fault finding and repairing a range of mechanical and electrical systems. You'll also carry out preventative maintenance, support site services, and contribute to continuous improvement projects across the facility.

This role would suit a multi-skilled engineer from a manufacturing or similar transferable environment who is looking for a secure, long-term position with excellent benefits and development opportunities.


The Role:

  • Planned and reactive maintenance of production machinery
  • Fault finding on mechanical and electrical systems
  • Supporting continuous improvement and maintaining compliance with safety regulations


The Person:

  • Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering experience
  • Looking for technical progression through on-going training
  • Full UK Driving License
