£40,000 - £42,000 + Days / Monday - Friday + Overtime (1.5x) + Progression + Training + Benefits
Bedford (commutable from Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard, St Neots, Hitchin, Sandy, Biggleswade & surrounding areas)
Are you an Ex-Forces Engineer (REME, RAF, Navy or similar) with a strong Maintenance background looking to transition into a leading manufacturer offering great benefits and clear progression opportunities?
This is an excellent opportunity for Service Leavers to join a multibillion-pound manufacturer within a stable industry where you will receive full industry training and support from experienced Engineers to help you make a smooth move into civilian manufacturing.
The company are well established in their industry and have seen continued growth. They have a strong track record of recruiting and developing ex-military engineers and are now looking to recruit a number of Maintenance Engineers.
You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on the company's modern equipment while also learning to play a key role in the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies across the manufacturing site. Your military engineering training, fault-finding ability and disciplined approach will be highly valued.
This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer from an Armed Forces background looking to join an industry leading Manufacturer offering overtime and opportunities for progression.

- Maintenance Engineer
- Maintenance and repair of specialist manufacturing machinery
- Days based - Monday - Friday
The Person:
- Ex-Forces Engineer (REME, RAF, Navy or similar)
- Mechanical maintenance / fault-finding experience
