Are you a strategic Maintenance Leader with a track record of building high-performing teams and world-class asset management programs?
Do you want a high-impact opportunity to spearhead a broad portfolio of engineering and maintenance projects, ensuring cutting-edge operations continue to lead the industry?
In this position you will lead and develop the maintenance team working across a range of critical areas, including brand-new automated equipment and plant facilities. Working with engineering and senior management you oversee maintenance operations, lead capital projects, conduct route cause analysis and continuous improvement activities to ensure the plant is running safely and efficiently. You be a key figure in the skill and culture development of the team, be a hands on leader operating with a high degree of autonomy and freedom.

The Position:
- Lead and manage maintenance operations for a world class manufacturing plant
- Work across a broad range of engineering and maintenance capital projects
- Train, develop and enhance the maintenance team and culture
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy working with senior leadership and engineering teams
The Person:
- Maintenance Manager
- Background in food, beverage or similar highly regulated plants
- Proven background developing maintenance teams
- Bachelor's Degree qualified
