Maintenance Manager (Day Shift / FMCG)
£54,000 - £58,000 + Training + Progression + Excellent Company Benefits

Are you an Engineering / Maintenance Manager from any type of FMCG background looking to step into a leading role within a market leading business, where you can influence the success of a flagship site?

In this role you will ensure there is a smooth and efficient production process through minimal machine downtime through effective PPM's and prompt response to reactive maintenance.
This role suits and Engineering or Maintenance Manager from any kind of FMCG / Manufacturing background who is looking for a varied, lead role with further development available.
The Role:
- Management of shift maintenance team
- 3 on, 3 off, days (6am - 6pm) - maximum of 4 days working in a week
- Assisting with delivery of site machinery upgrades
The Person:
- Time served
- Electrical and/or Mechanical qualification
- Experience within an FMCG/Manufacturing environment
