Are you a Maintenance Supervisor who is looking for a role where you will lead a team of 25 maintenance personnel across a manufacturing facility working on a range of production and automation systems?
This company design and manufacture a range of products. A global organization, with multiple locations across the country they are consistently evolving and growing their operations. now with continued growth and expansion they are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join the team.
You will be leading a team of 25 maintenance personal and will be responsible for the management of the team, and all reactive and preventative electrical maintenance across the plant. You will have budget control for maintenance and spares and be looking to improve on all aspects of the department.
The ideal candidate will have experience of leading a team of maintenance technicians, have a electrical maintenance background with knowledge of motors, drives etc. and ideally have knowledge of PLCs and Automation.

The Person:
- Supervisory or management experience
- Electrical Maintenance background
- Come from manufacturing or industrial setting
- Ideally have some knowledge of PLCs and automation systems
