Maintenance Technician (Progression to Lead)

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance work to keep everything running smoothly. Acting as an on-site technical expert, your knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems will be key to maintaining high levels of efficiency and reliability.
This position is ideal for a Maintenance Technician with a background in industrial maintenance and hydraulics or pneumatics, who is looking for a 2nd shift role that offers excellent earning potential, long term stability, and real opportunities for growth.
The Role:
- Troubleshoot and repair presses, conveyors, and related equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance, lubrication, and filtration
- Support production uptime through on-site equipment servicing
The Candidate:
- Proficient in hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems
- Able to read blueprints, manuals, and work orders
- Skilled in using measuring tools and hand tools
- Comfortable with 2nd shift and overtime.
