Manufacturing Engineer

$100,000 - $125,000 + Training + Progression + PTO + 401(k) + Healthcare + Holiday
Excellent opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer with proven experience developing and enhancing processes to join a rapidly growing organization offering a highly varied and autonomous position.

In this role you will work cross functionally with engineering and operations teams to lead and develop new products, enhance existing products, troubleshoot processing problems and design and implement efficient manufacturing processes. You will conduct continuous improvement activities working across a variety of engineering projects.
This role would suit someone that is looking for a hands-on position, where you will play a key role in enhance manufacturing process, working across technically challenging projects.
The Position:
* Work collaboratively with engineering and operations teams across a variety of projects
* Desing, develop and optimize existing and new processes for a wide range of products
* Conduct continuous improvement activities and troubleshoot processing issues
The Candidate:
* Manufacturing Engineer with experience developing processes
* Rubber Manufacturing exposure
