In this role, you will work extensively in SolidWorks to refine base designs for high-priority projects while collaborating with the senior engineering team. You will undergo an extensive training program, including travel to various facilities, to develop your technical expertise. As your skills progress through design reviews, you will take on increasingly complex responsibilities until you are leading your own independent designs.
This role is ideal for a Product Design Engineer with experience in medical, electronics, or electrical manufacturing, seeking specialist training and the opportunity to thrive in a creative, supportive environment.
The Role:
- Design and refine specialist products using SolidWorks, focusing on intricate, small-scale components.
- Collaborate with senior experts on high-priority projects and cross-functional design reviews.
- Complete a specialist training to fast-track your path to Senior Engineer or Management.
The Candidate:
- Product design experience, ideally in high-precision manufacturing.
- Proficient in SolidWorks, with experience designing small, intricate plastic or metal parts.
- Experience in high-precision sectors, such as medical, electronics, or electrical manufacturing.
