Mechanical Draughtsperson
£32,000 - £38,000 + Training + Progression + Hybrid Working Options (3 Office & 2 Remote) + 36hrs per week + Private Healthcare + Pension + Excellent Company Benefits

This company have a worldwide presence and are split into multiple subsidiaries. They are known for taking care of their staff and investing in their skill development. As a result of their continued growth, they are now looking to bring in an additional Draughtsperson into their EV team.
You will be using 2D & 3D CAD software to produce assembly and production drawings, making any changes and alterations as required ready for manufacture.
The ideal candidate will have a background in sheet metal design and an understanding of tolerances, however other backgrounds and product development experience will be considered.
The Role:
- Designing parts and assemblies ready for manufacture
- Preparing, reviewing and approving 2D and 3D CAD drawings
- Working with tolerances
- Lots of training and development opportunities
- Monday to Friday, 36hrs (with hybrid working options)
The Person:
- HND / Degree or similar in Mechanical Engineering
- CAD experience (preferably using Creo)
- Understanding of tolerances
- Ideal background would be medium to high volume manufacturing / or sheet metal (other backgrounds are still welcomed)
