£40,000 - £45,000 + Overtime + Training + Progression

Are you a Mechanical Engineer or Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable Monday-Friday role with an early finish, overtime opportunities and long-term progression into management?
On offer is a secure position within a well-established manufacturing company, where you will work in a hands-on engineering role with training available and the opportunity to develop your technical skillset.
This company are a well-established manufacturer within a specialist industry, known for their supportive team culture and long-standing workforce. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to expand their maintenance team with an additional engineer.
In this role you will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery, helping to ensure the smooth running of the site. You will work alongside an experienced team in a varied and practical engineering role, with overtime available and the opportunity to progress within the business over time.
This position would suit a Mechanical Engineer looking for a stable, hands-on role with strong earning potential and long-term career progression.
The Role
* Mechanical maintenance and repair of production equipment
* Routine servicing and fault finding on manufacturing machinery
* Monday-Friday early shift (5:30am - 1:30pm) with overtime available
