Mechanical Maintenance Fitter (Work Life Balance)
£35,000 + Optional Overtime + Great Work Life balance + Career Progression + Technical Training + 4x Life Insurance
Site Based, Commutable from Derby, Glossop, Manchester and surrounding areas
Are you a Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Fitter looking to join a industry renowned manufacturer who will heavily invest in you through technical training all whilst increasing your earnings through optional overtime and a great work life balance with no out of hours work expected?
This is a great opportunity where you will work with a close-knit maintenance team; Learn, develop and grow as an engineer combined with a shared call-out rota and overtime to boost your earnings whilst having a great work-life balance.
This company have a small technical team of 7 in their maintenance team, have a low staff turnover and look to invest in their team through excellent training and rewards.
This role will suit a Maintenance Engineer with a strong mechanical background but looking to further themselves technically.
The Role:
*Maintenance of a range of manufacturing machinery that will challenge you on your Pumps, Motors, Gearboxes experience
*Working as part of a 7 person maintenance team on a day shift 8am-4pm
*Further training including specialized training courses for machinery alongside optional overtime
The Person:
*Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
*Background within Maintenance Engineering
*Looking for a long term career opportunity
