Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor
West Bromwich
£35,000-£42,000 (D.O.E) + Progression Opportunities + Training + Weekday Shifts (8am-4:30pm)
Excellent opportunity for a mechanically bias Engineer to join an industry leading company in a leadership role with excellent internal and external training.

This company has been established for over 150 years and is one the biggest contributors to their industry in the UK. They are looking for someone to support the expansion of their team and their growth.
The day to day of this role includes supervising a team of 11 Fitters, communicating with all departments, and being hands on with the reactive and proactive maintenance of an industrial environment.
The ideal candidate for this role would be a mechanically bias engineer who has experience in an industrial environment and who has previously been a leadership role.
The role:
- Supervising a team of Mechanical Engineers
- Being hands-on with the proactive and reactive maintenance of an industrial facility
- Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
The Person:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in a Mechanical Engineering discipline
- Ideally previous experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role
- Experience in an industrial/plant environment
