Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
£40,000 - £45,000 + Days Based + Company Benefits
Telford (Commutable from Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Stafford, Birmingham, Bridgnorth)
Are you an electrically biased maintenance engineer looking for a stable, days-based role on a secure manufacturing site?
On offer is a straightforward, long-term position carrying out maintenance and fault finding works in a highly regulated environment.
This is an established engineering business supporting critical manufacturing operations for major organisations. They're known for long-term contracts, consistent growth and providing engineers with job security, autonomy and a no-nonsense working environment.
On a day-to-day basis you'll handle reactive and planned maintenance, electrical fault finding on motors and systems, testing, and minor new works. The role is site-based, electrically focused, and suited to someone who enjoys practical, hands-on engineering without shifts or constant overtime.
This role would suit an apprenticeship-trained electrical maintenance engineer looking for a stable, days-only role with clear expectations and long-term security.
The Role:
- Fault finding and Maintenance on a high level manufacturing site
- Monday to Friday, day based
- Be the go to engineer, autonomous work in a secure, growing company
The Candidate:
- Electrically bias engineer

- Ability to pass security clearance
